Many applications require wire-to-board connectors that are ultra-small in size and provide design flexibility. DF52 series wire pairs and crimp connectors are 0.80mm apart and molded with 94V0 polyamide material conforming to RoHS standard. The polarized DF52 series housing features a safety locking device that prevents accidental disconnection from 2 to 20 positions, releasing the component from the butt joint. These thin connectors have A current rating of 1 A AC/DC at 30 V AC/DC (using 28 to 32 AWG) and a side inlet height of only 1.75 mm. The range of operating temperatures of the series is -40° to +85°C, including temperature increases when current is applied.
